Hi
I raised a support ticket 25 days ago on poloniex. And no answer yet... (#369 307 - ticket number) Roll Eyes
I Have around 1600 USD locked in There. Anyone Have same issues?
Is this the upcoming end for polo?
In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

Do they have a social media account? I remember a friend's ETC got caught up in Polo, I am not really sure what happened though. Her ETC was missing for more or less a month already and she did file a ticket but no action was taken. Then there's one time she showed me a screenshot where ETC tagged Polo on one of its social media post (I am not sure if its through Twitter or Facebook) about the missing coins. I guess because of that Polo took an action and she was able to get her ETC back after a few days.

What could be the cause of this?? Can you tell us? Yes you can try posting on their social media accounts. Post there, they always care for their market appearance than anything else, well most of them.

That's almost a month already, try sending another ticket or do that same thing of the above comment maybe it will be easier for them to read the concerns of the traders. I do have a friend who spammed sending lots of tickets and he eventually got his coins back but it took around 3 weeks for him to get it back too.

It all started when Someone hacked my account (probably thanks to keylogger).
First withdrawl went quickly out (0.09btc).
Second ( my whole balance) withdrawl 0.36 btc got stucked. (After i hit  " freeze my account" link in email.)

I reinstalled my PC system + added 2fa everywhere + new passwords.

After that, i raised a ticket on their support centre.
IT is 27 days today without a single reply from poloniex support.
I will try their social media accounts. ( but have only fb...)
