G'Day ... First let me say to Ck Kano Philipma Vrob MinigBud et al. you are an inspiration and highly respected and admired.
I think I'm pretty well set to fire up my 8xS9's..(I got out of mining Alt's with GPU a few years ago) made some BTC and sat on them and now reinvesting and heading a small co-op mining op for friends and family.
Wondering if you would mind checking my check list..
from scratch I have a self assembled desktop with Win7 AMD Fx 6300 (6 core) and 16MB ram..120GB SSD. A good wired router and good ISP service.
I have AwesomeMiner free version installed (I'm going to upgrade to pro version to support all units after 2 are running smooth) I have plenty of experience using CGminer and tweaking GPU's ...setting pools etc... I expect AweMiner to be rather straight forward..Absolutely will be changing default pool. (FU Antpool) Still undecided but Ck or Kano seem best option..
All S9's are mint recent batch so I don't expect to need to flash or upgrade right? I've watched the Bitmain vid tutorial..think I should be fine..
I have 3x 220V 30Amp breakers with (NEMA 6-20R) receptacles for each breaker... Temps will not be issue Ottawa is COLD..
I will update as set-up progresses?

I'm not sure why you have a pc unless you want it for some sort of remote access. You mentioned GPU in your post but you should know that you can't mine bitcoin with GPUs anymore. S9s come with their own controller so you don't need to run mining software. Also, I don't see any mention of which PSUs you are using, it looks like you aren't using a PDU for power distribution so you'll need a power cable that is compatible with your PSU from the receptacle. You can't plug the ASIC miner directly to the wall without a PSU. My recommendation would be to use 30 amp PDUs from the wall and server rated PSUs, make sure you only have 1 30 amp PDU connected per circuit. Be careful to not restrict airflow on the exhaust too much or you fan will be running at full speed because of the restriction.

Ah yes thanks..I forgot to mention... Yes The desk top pc is there to have remote access and local display. And local internet access to bitcointalk! AwesomeMiner software gives far more control and flexibility and info than just assigning units to one pool directly... If I'm using 220v It should be obvious I'm using Bitmain APW3++ PSU's...and of course I will have appropriate connector from PSU to 220v Supply receptacle. Electrician said No need for PDU.. I have industrial grade 220v cable and 3x 30 amp 220v each split to 3x NEMA 6-20R receptacle box ..can handle 9x S9's using https://www.primecables.com/search_plus?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=Cab-PW-140-063 units/breaker so amp load will be well under 80%

All S9's are mint recent batch so I don't expect to need to flash or upgrade right? I've watched the Bitmain vid tutorial..think I should be fine..
I have 4x 220V 20Amp breakers and 2 plug (NEMA 6-20R) receptacles for each breaker...(2 units/breaker) Units are aligned and well spaced on a 4 level rack..out put fans are shrouded and sealed/vented through insulated false wall to a heat exhaust aisle..which is vented to outside..Temps will not be issue Ottawa is COLD.. Dust control is my pet peeve.
Entire rack is inside a small clean room with slight overpressure and excellent filtration & dehumid.
Have I missed anything?
if you are planning to run more than four miners,I suggest you invest into a 8 or 16 port switch if there are going to be under 4 miners, your wired router should be enough and with s9 atminers you would be wise to invest in a good fire extinguisher (hope you will never be using it) other than that, your setup looks great, you can get one or two good gpus to mine scrypt coins while you are browsing this forum good luck!

Why a dehumidifier? No point to that I can see.
Keep in mind that a "dehumidifier" is nothing more than an air conditioning unit with the controller set to trigger on humidity level instead of temperature and SOMETIMES better "removed water" flow control.
I prefer the Netgear "blue box" pro-level switches to anything TP-Link - Cisco is good gear too but tends to be too expen$ive.

Absolutely correct about Dehumid & A/C..
I have a small older 20 litre G.E. unit rated at 350 watts suitable for one small room... I have it inside my tiny clean room.... Probably overkill but I like my air DRY it definitely works to drop the relative Humid down a few points..and a lot cheaper the running the central A/C.. I concentrate more on filters....HEPA is overkill and too expensive...plenty of cheap furnace filters do fine and are cheap to replace.
Indeed netgear blue box pro....are much better... but like Cisco rather pricey and overkill for a small op like mine My 16 port will do fine..it's smart enough and has respectable gigabit stats ..perfect is the enemy of good enough.... I will also use decent cables which people tend to overlook
I was damn near all set but now hope to be moving as I may have found a new local which has cheaper zoning rates (rural/residential)

cheaper rates is enough for you to move? wow, that is some dedication but electricity price is one of the main parameters,so if you are ok with moving,it could decrease your ROI time... as for dehumidifiers-waste of money IMHO

Yep I got a great new farm site to live and mine Oct 1st...FARM rate of 0.065/Kwh...yippee...spacious secluded...cheap...awesome farm surroundings.. Can HUNT deer and turkey/pheasant rabbits...veggie patch...Dream set-up Well outside city will also be great for Astrophotography!!! and 15" Dobsonian.. Going to need wireless service for net....maybe a dish.... Slight change to power set-up.. Workshop is very short walk from house and has 300 amp panel and several 30amp 220V breakers already to go... 4x S9's are 26 amps ...which would be 86.66666% load......tight.. but should be fine..

You know you are RURAL when the BELL rep apologizes for having NO SERVICE available. No problem...I found ... xplornet with decent SAT stats..25G Down 4G up 100G/mon for $125. So much for land hard line..wireless it is...so local LAN for 12 miners + 1 monitoring comp into the 16 port which is lan into a wireless router for Sat service.
