I saw a post mentioning how much Bitcoin could go up to. Obviously that’s all just speculation and you have to take it with a pinch of salt.
But, suppose Crypto really did take off as big as we all hope it will do on day. Does this mean that Satoshi could be the worlds first Trillionaire?

Yes, he's not the first one. Also, we don't know if Satoshi really exists up until now or if he's still holding a large amount of bitcoin.

So we are not really sure of Satoshi's status.

The only coins that are provably Satoshi's are block 1 and 9. So that's 100 bitcoins. The rest is pure guesswork.
