I thought purse would be acceptable until I found out today when trying to withdraw they heap on another 15% fee for the withdrawal making it a total of 30%+.

Gift card solutions work good for me steam/agc/myvanilla.

Localbitcoins seem as bad for these options at 30%+.

Cash by post seems a good option but they want higher amounts generally and I am not prepared to trade that much just now.

Any ideas I have not mentioned or other giftcard options other than purse and their megafees?

For better responses you should check/move thread to Digital Goods section.
There you will find people paying 80% of the GC value if you paid by cash  and show recipe or wait til the item ships using your giftcards.
Escrow is recommended if you are trying to do this kind of deals hence you can chargeback if paid by credit and in the other hand buyer could run with the giftcards.
