As you know, about a year ago, the famous "Cloud Mining" website Hashocean.com went down and appeared to be a ponzi scam.
But recently I found a post in their facebook page "HashOcean - Cloud Mining"  https://www.facebook.com/pg/HashOceanCloudMining

and they say that we can get a refund of our investment by filling this form : https://form.jotform.me/63640981513457
And we have to send them 0.02 btc in order to verify our address and I can see using their adress in blockchain : https://blockchain.info/address/1K2ovZwbKakVesD2LpUiVnLEX9uAEd6kgK that they are really paying back the 0.02 btc , also people are thanking them in the comments on facebook but I still can't trust them.

Has anyone tried getting a refund from them? or anyone have any idea about this topic

I haven't had any refund to take.
But I don't think they'll refund you after taking 0.02 btc.
Why would they need a transfer of exactly 0.02 btc to confirm your wallet.
There could have been other methods or a smaller amount.
0.02 is another scam with current price.

Please don't fall for this. Have common sense once in your life. Knowing that you are tempted to try this "refund", I would say that you have already fallen for HashOcean back when they were up, and now you want to get scammed again?

First, just like you said, HashOcean is a ponzi scam. They were made as an attempt to steal users. I don't see why would they return their users funds. This page is either one of the options bellow:

a. A page made by someone trying to scam even more from the users that lost money at HashOcean.
b. The same team behind HashOcean already spent their users funds and now they want to rip off a little bit more.

"And we have to send them 0.02 btc in order to verify our address" - then, they would ask you to sign a message with your address, and not ask you 0.02; Even if they are sending the same amount back (they are not), why not just ask for something like 0.0005 BTC?

Their website is not even working anymore.

It would be stupid to fall for that trick! Only a stupid desperate person that got scammed will fall for it. For sure it will result to nothing and that was probably made not by the original creators of hashocean but someone else. Another scammer portraying the original one.

What alarms me  is that I don't think OP is genuinely asking this question. I think he is here to promote the links because he owns it. That is why there is so much details in this post. Someone should really tag this guy.

Only stupid and idiot person will be hooked by this trick. Just ignored them if you dont want to be scammed again, IMO every month there's always a refund news from hashocean that they will refund if you send some btc, why sending btc before refund? That's a stupid move if you do that.

Buddy, its just a scam. From last year onwards that link is available in facebook. If they want to send our bitcoins back, by this time they would have given it. By the way why they want us to send 0.02btc . In my opinion its really a scam created by a scammer, to collect funds for himself in the name of hashocean.
