Im looking trusting exchanger CASH to BTC in NY.
Need to change 3-5k per day. Looking low rate about 3-5%. If somebody here can help me?

For good advice/adress - nice bonus from me in BTC...

isnt it illegal to buy and sell btc in nyc at the moment?

isnt it illegal to buy and sell btc in nyc at the moment?
I think exchanges can't get licenses in New York,  but bitcoin hasn't
been banned there as far as I know.  If I had money I'd take this gentleman
up on his offer.  Good luck, brother.

It would probably increase your chances of finding a willing trading partner if you were willing to travel across the bridge into New Jersey.

The Legal/Regulatory landscape in NY (including NYC) has caused many Bitcoin related companies to simply stop doing business there.
