I am willing to pay top dollar for someone to help me cosign a mortgage. I have no family I can ask. I have good credit and equity. I need someone in California with good credit and high income.

Well my equity and how I intend to make sure it gets paid. Plus, with my down payment there would be no forclosure, it would be an equal quick sell unless the markets tank a lot.

You have been around a while... I'm sure you have the bitcoin to cover a down payment... SELL YOUR BITCOIN. If this is not an option... I may be able to help you.

For me it would require a good 30% of the loan's value to be escrowed in bitcoin. I would also require a percentage upfront origination in bitcoin and an APR paid in bitcoin.

Details can be discussed via pm.

Sadly I sold most of mine at $1. 30% escrow on 500k isn't feasible as it would much better used as a down payment or invested. It would be trashed sitting in escrow for 15 years.

You'd probably be better off listing your terms, "top dollar" is rather subjective.

True. I will pay you $10k. I will put 10% down on a ~500k loan. Probably 15 years.
