I am wondering. Do you need the Bitcoin client installed to run GUI Miner?
Is it possible to run GUI Miner on a separate computer using my BTC Guild username? And will it be sent to my wallet?
Also, if you have Bitcoin, must it be running while you are running GUI Miner?

Thank you!

You do not need Bitcoin client running at all, if you are mining with a pool.  Your pool can send to your address with out it running.  You only need the client to send bitcoins.

Okay, GUI Miner isn't working at the moment, but maybe that's because I am using the CPU and need to download the drivers needed for OpenCL.dll? It says there is nothing to mine on.

I will try it.
