Sure it could.  But it probably won't.  At least not all stolen coins.  An exchange blacklisting coins stolen from themselves or their customers is slightly more likely, but not by much.

I routinely ignore posters with paid advertising in their sigs.  You should too.

Then let's start blacklisting bitcoins used for buying drugs. Then let's start blacklisting bitcoins used by ppl of the opposite political party...
