You based an entire website for a niche group of developers. Especially in a field where the learning curve is so steep that new blood never comes in. Ask me and that's a recipe for disaster. You need to 'expand' your horizons beyond the "block"chain.

Exactly, Op has limited the expansion possibilities by just limiting in one sector.
It would be more wise to say that op should open the doors for all sectors to expand the business for success.

Or perhaps even acquire existing platforms like Xbtfreelancer and workingforbitcoins. Considering how much marketing there needs to be done to attract the workers and the employers its always cheaper to acquire existing businesses. Just like what Freelancer.com did a few years ago.
