If some one know my 12 word backup phrase and make new wallet(wallet replica) from those backup phrase, so am I able to know how many replica people make using 12 word backup phrase ? I really want to know how many replica of my block chain wallet available? From where I can check this?

Wallet file is just a file. Same as you can't know how many people have your Word or PDF document, same is with your wallet file. You can know if someone uses it, since you will see transactions pop up in your client without you sending them, but by that time it is too late and your bitcoins are gone.
