Yes, verification process for signature campaign is automatic and you don't need to be part of the signature campaign to join the airdrop.

Libre Bazaar is not related to OpenBazaar. Open Bazaar is a peer to peer marketplace with no central database to store historical transactions and other marketplace data. Merchants host their own servers or buy VPS in order to keep their items up and due to very nature of this architecture it is not community driven in its true sense. It simply connects buyers with merchants directly who are essentially running their own stores / marketplaces. Its the same case as when the merchant is hosting own web site where bitcoins are accepted and the buyer visits the website, there is no attraction of a truly decentralized marketplace. Libre Bazaar doesn't needs any servers and all historical transactions are recorded in blockchain and marketplace data hosted on a data storage network so the marketplace is decentralized inherently. Community gets to choose which items are promoted, demoted or removed entirely from the marketplace through a consensus based voting system so to summarize the two projects are being built on two completely different architectures and ideologies.
I see you are also using LB forum signatures so you will be receiving LBT on a daily basis as per the rewards scheme, you can check your balance at the project site. 5.7mn LBT have been reserved for signature campaign and airdrop out of total supply of 19mn LBT. On October 15, 2017, all LBT that have not been allocated to participants of signature campaign will be air dropped and you are equiprobable to receive anywhere from 0 to 1000 LBT in increments of 100 and remaining tokens out of the initially allocated 5.7mn will be burned at the end of airdrop. Everyone will be able to see LBT received on October 15, 2017 (after announcement) by entering their airdrop key and ethereum wallet address at the project site and LBT will be sent to ethereum wallets of the participants before the pre-ICO that has been scheduled in later half of Fall 2017.

Libre Tokens will be listed on at least one exchange before the crowdsale but we expect it to be listed on a number of exchanges. If ICO fails then we will approach VCs for continuation of the project as we would have already done adequate level of decentralized by that point. Airdrop is part of the decentralization and will precede pre-ICO.

LBT are ERC-20 standard tokens and you will receive them at your ethereum wallet address before pre-ICO that is scheduled to be conducted in later half of Fall 2017. In the meantime, you will be able to see total accumulated tokens at that project site after October 15, 2017.
