I want to buy Bitcoins at the rate above.
I'm willing to pay first and receive the bitcoins after, but I'll need some assurances (people who vouch for you, escrow, etc.).
I can't promise I'll do this forever, I'm new to Bitcoins so want to see how it goes first.

PS. Before people tell me of the markets, I've tried them. Either they don't accept Paypal or are US only or I can't figure them out or I don't trust them.

You probably won't find anyone to buy them with such a short posting history

How many?

People are usually very helpful at #bitcoin-otc on freenode.  There is a webpage, and web IRC client which connect directly to the channel.  There is a trust system as well where people trust each other based on previous trades.

Sjå https://bitmynt.no for veksling av bitcoin mot norske kroner.  Trygt, billig, raskt og enkelt sidan 2010.
I buy with EUR and other currencies at a fair market price when you want to sell.  See http://bitmynt.no/eurprice.pl
Warning: "Bitcoin" XT, Classic, Unlimited and the likes are scams. Don't use them, and don't listen to their shills.

Thanks for the fast responses, and yeah I know trust is an issue (I'm hoping to build that up).

As for how many, not sure. Somewhere in the region of 500 bitcoins to start with and I'm curious myself whether I'll continue buying after that. Thanks for the notice about IRC though. I normally don't see IRC has very secure but it seems they've got a system set up. I'll give it a shot if things here don't pan out.

Euro primarily.

Edit: The exchange rate I provided above was in USD because it is a popular currency. If a rate in another currency is proposed I'll consider it.

Where are you located ?
Maybe there's someone next to you for a face to face transaction.

I'd be interested.
How many do you want ?
I'd prefer EUR. What about 0.19 EUR / BTC ?

Look at this Thread:
http://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=484.0
Yo'll see that I have a longer trading history and am trusted by some people.

That sounds fine. You seem trusted. Since I mentioned 500, we'll stick with that amount for now. If that sounds fine and you've enough, reply or PM with your Paypal Address and I'll transfer the money. Once you've confirmed the amount, you can transfer the Bitcoins.

SmokeTooMuch have you got any more bitcoins for sale via paypal? I would be interested in buying some as well.

I have made a few (fairly big) transactions with mtgox (back in the Paypal days too) so I am sure he can vouch for my honesty.

Just for the reference my nickname on mtgox is Makul in case he didn't know who I was.

Not wanting to steal the thread or the business, I also have a few to sell. Why not take this to #bitcoin-otc? (http://bitcoin-otc.com/)

nelisky: I've actually done that already. Got registered, cloak and a rating already.

If anyone replies on this thread or sends me a PM about this I'll respond, but I'm not going to be making any more threads on this subject or bumping this topic unnecessarily.

It's okay.

This thread was great for introducing me to Bitcoins, but I've found out more about how the system and community works now.
