Could someone explain me the stakes?
If for example, there will be a distribution of 1,000,000 there's also going to be 1,000,000 stakes distributed and at the end each stake is worth 1 stash?

No, all 1.000.000 Stash will be distributed.
When the total stakes from all users at the end are 100.000 and you have 1.000 stakes, you will get 1% from the 1 Million Stash.

You are correct. Stakes just let you earn your share of the reward. Less people doing the bounty means each stake you earn is worth more Stash at the end. All 1M will be distributed though.
