Ethereum not reflecting on the blockchain

Hi,
I have transferred Etheruems from Poloniex more than 3 hours ago, but they are not even showing in the blockchain, status is complete from Polo, TX ID is also there, but nothing on the block, should i be worried.

multiple users are having this problem it appears. their support is starting to get terrible. did you send to your own wallet directly or to another exchange's wallet??
