现在的ico都是二级市场的人来接盘，就这么多人玩，说不准就砸谁手里面了。

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

现在ICO基本上发行的都是空气币，并没有任何技术含量，复制一份代码就拿来圈钱了，只有早起众筹或者私募的能赚到钱，到后面上了交易所过来接盘的人大部分都是赔钱的。

大多数ICO都是资本骗局。

小部分是有投资价值的。

可以类比互联网早期，上世纪90年代末。
