Aha Smiley
And I had to keep an eye on this thread at ~ 4:00 AM. (GMT +3)
Time increment for international auctions must be ~8 hours I think...

Also I need signed confirmation of that:

1. Vezunchik owns 65 GH/s single from 3277 pre-order .
2. You will ship it as soon as possible.
3. Only thing that can make you to break this contract is BFL failure.

To avoid miss-understanding.

I agree to 2 and 3, but BFL has claimed it is for a minimum 64 not 65 gh/s.

BFL never offered 64 GH/s units.  Just sayin'

If you're searching these lines for a point, you've probably missed it.  There was never anything there in the first place.

I have an email (from either Jody or Dave) confirming that BFL will be shipping me units rated at 64+ gh/s.

I'll try to dig it up.

Hmm.. that I'd like to see. But it's unlikely you'll get a 64 GH/s unit.  We've never offered anything above 60 GH/s, other than the Minirigs, which are 1500 or 500 depending on the date.

It's absolutely clear. BFL "said" 65, and now it's nearly impossible. So they have 2 options:
1. Rise clock, place best chips, fine tune and get ~64. Best option.
2. Backup option - Single will be < 60 GH/s. Then they will add Jalapeno ~5 GH/s so - again 64, not 65. Garr255, note that this will be still one miner accordance to this auction agreement.

Hmm.. that I'd like to see. But it's unlikely you'll get a 64 GH/s unit.  We've never offered anything above 60 GH/s, other than the Minirigs, which are 1500 or 500 depending on the date.

If you ordered a 60 GH/s unit, that's what you'll get +/- 10%.  I don't know where this 64 or 65 GH/s came from, we've never sold a product like that.  If you were told that, it was a mistake and I would like to see the email.  Actually, you can send me your email address and I can look it up in the system, what we sent out to you.

I just looked at all the correspondence with your email address and don't see anything like that.  Was it under another email address?

I have two emails I've used to place orders with BFL. I'm certain that either Dave or Jody told me that I would be receiving 64gh/s units.
