There is a new way to scam people and take bitcoin come in to market so stay away form it guys don't go to this trap

How this process happen ..

they will say you can make like BTC0.5 per mining cycle

now they will ask for open new account in blockchain

and then ask for account login detail so they can configure there miner to your account

once all done they will ask you to send fund .1 or .05 to your new open account

and then every 18 hour you account will fund with like say BTC0.5

this complete scamm .. once you fund your account they will use the recovery key to take all fund to there new account even if you have 2factor autho

So stay away form this type of scam

I have also heard about this new form of ponzi scheme before somewhere, don't know why still many people got scammed from shits like this.
The one who will invest in all these types of mining ponzi don't know what actually is bitcoin mining and all they care about is their big dreams of making thousands of dollar from bitcoin mining.

Thanks for posting about this here, hope it will stop many newbies from investing in such mining ponzis.

Thanks buddy for taking your time to post this warning over the forum. People here in forum especially the newbies should do their research before sending someone their BTC. They also need to be very doubtful regarding websites/companies like these. Getting profit with your BTC in just a couple of hours is just too good to be true (except trading). Many newbies jumped in the realm of cryptocurrency expecting to make money as easily as possible thru scam sites and in the end, the only outcome that they got is losing their hard-earned BTCs.

Yeah, I've heard this stupid idea also since I have some article on how to export private key on blockchain here, and people keep emailing me on how they will recover the private keys of a watched-only address, which I'm always saying there's no way to do that. Why watched address? because..

As what OP said, they'll ask the login details of a blockchain account and after that, they will configure this miner on the blockchain account which is really a stupid idea and I don't know how arrogant people that they still believe this method. But instead of configuring a miner, they will import an address that has a large balance on it a watched-only address, I don't know exactly the balance, and they will send all the amount of the account's balance on that address, its based on some people's emails I received lately.

These scammers are going to only continue to create new ways of attempting to scam people.

It is obvious to scam if you are just using your common sense. If they have a guaranteed way of generating money then they wouldn't share it with anyone else, they would just keep using it. If they share it with someone they are risking that method being shut down, just think about it.

The bitcoin groups that i am in on FB seem to have similar things going on, basically all the posts are about earning absurds about of bitcoin for free. Nothing comes free in life, remember that.

Thanks for the heads up.

yes correct the amount they show for earning will make new user think of it and they will do it as per they instructed ..and loose so if we can do this type of post in which mention what are legal and what are not then so newbie will not lose or get in to this trap.

If you also same some new scam method share in in Facebook group or something the all can see and not able to get in this trap

There are really some evil people. The worst is people believing it and falling in the trap. There are more sophisticated than this, but I wonder who is to blame, the thieves or the naive people falling in the trap  Undecided

It's an obvious scam in the first place and only with less information will be fall to that. But still it's obvious even for a newbie that it's totally crap. Not just in bitcoin but with the current status of crypto today, scams are everywhere and even back then, they are really lots although I found it in today's time as minimal.

Bump for this thread and hope newbise or even those who doesn't have an idea will read this information.

When you warn some newbies that are naive in these kinds of scams, they will just disagree even if it is obvious. Let them experience to learn their lessons.

this is one of the funny scams that I have ever heard of!
0.5BTC every 18 hours is screaming scam, you'll have to be blind not to see that and on top of it they ask your recovery phrase to credit your account! what the hell is that. they are asking for your private keys instead of bitcoin address for payment. any newbie in bitcoin knows that is a clear scam.

I sometimes feel like scammers are also becoming lazy. they used to come up with good scam techniques which were hard to detect.

Not really sure who would fall for that but thanks anyway.

I think what I got out of it was that someone has a miner, and is offering people to use it, but they have to transfer 0.1 to a new wallet. They will then supposedly receive 0.5 BTC within one day? Seems a bit suspicious at the least.

I really cant believe someone could fell into this trap and lose their money, ig you ask me it is an obvious scam.
Anyway, everytime you appeal to human greed there will always be someone willing to try and get some easy $$$... the reason why all these scams in the crypto world are all over the place. I hope the ICO scams will find a solution also because we cannot protect ourselves from those.

It seems really suspicious because you cannot gain profit immediately just for mining using a miner hardware if that mining is legit one. Scammers offered this type of scheme because if they invest for an hardware miner itself they won't even have bigger returns as to be profitable in the future. So they are doing it in a ponzi scheme and this was really convincing to those investors whose mindset is an easy money, which mainly ended to regrets and worst experiences which is a big failure. Because of it most of the mining schemes really been gaining bad reputations and even those legit one's got affected, most of the people resist topics about mining because of those reasons.
