Pls help with this

I have sent the blocks from the exchange to my desktop wallet, but nothing appeared.

I tried everything but didnt see them.

Can you help ? I can pay a bounty for the helper

May be i can help you about it.will you provide here the receiver XRB wallet address? Then i can check what has happened with them.Also one question: your dekstop wallet is fully syncronized or not? To check it, please see https://raiblockscommunity.net/ and match with your wallet.

yes it is fully synchronized,
however, it is the older version of the wallet now, so the address is that of an older wallet, is that an issue ?
