well rates in mumbai are fine even if you are mining at 0.10$ per kw which is similar to the pirce of america so its still the profit and we own a particular area here so we dont have to pay land charges so its easy

You are extremely naive and over optimistic. First mine on your own. See how the salty moisture eats away your miners at higher temps. See how the pollution affects it, see how much you have to spend on cooling the miners to keep them at ambient temps.
Establishing a mining farm is a LOT more than finding a room with electricity.

If you want to get people invest in your idea then show them some numbers! Even a 12 year old will ask you for some sort of numbers backed with logical explanations before he gives you to use his money. I would be interested in this as I am from Mumbai itself but I want to be 100% sure that my money won't go down the drain within 6months (I feel thats how long you might survive without much homework done).

So take some time-off, do the math, come back with solid convincing figures and then pitch for investors. Alternately, you can even ask people to lend you money money like a loan but with some collateral.

I am just trying to make people aware of their mistakes so they can READ what's already written here in the forum and don't end up losing money over enthusiastically. A mistake I am all too familiar with personally.

which part of Mumbai are u planning to start with Mining, Power Issue is too much in Parts of Mumbai, and so it would be difficult to get good returns from mining.

ROI is with current rate of ethereum is 5-8% only, We are the miners and currently having setup up and running, for huge investment you need to be focused on what you are going to mine and when you are going to sell those crypto.

Just setup small setup and calculate the ROI for that and than move forward to catch the unicorn.

Sharing our experience of setting up & running an Altcoin Facility:

Have a small scale Altcoin Farm Setup (few Rx 470s & many GTX 1070s) running since past 5 months at Nashik. Started with ETH now shifted to ZEC. Also have just 1 X Antminer D3. The other 5 X D3s ordered (for November delivery batch) had to be cancelled due to:
1. Recent Customs issues for importing Crypto-machines in India especially from China.
2. Profitability dropping from 22 Dash (in July) to 1.8 Dash (in October).

Planning to use the Refund Money and put in enhancing more GPU Hash Power. We have studied a lot on ZEC and believe that it has the potential & power to take the North Leap in the near future.

We are also running this facility with community participation. We have shown Realistic Profits to our Investors and ensured that they Fully understand and Accept the Risks involved with this business. ONLY after confirmation from them we accept their money. This avoids later confusion and heart-break for them too.

Transparency in transactions, being realistically optimistic, having Risk Mitigation Plan in place and less Greed goes a long way in maintaining long term faith, trust and confidence within the Investors fraternity.

Still electricity cost is a major hurdle for profits. We are in talks with 2 investors one from Leh (Ladakh) and one from Himachal Pradesh. Looking to setup a large scale farm at one of these premises within next few months after studying the feasibility of the same.
