Front page of cex.io says "BITCOIN EXCHANGE YOU CAN TRUST", but in fact you cannot. It is scam, and I will explain why


For 4 MONTH! They are doing everything not let we get my money.


0) I had account with verified card and funds

1) I was tring to get ID verification and send them all documents

2) I was wating for 1 month

3) They REMOVED my account by "mistake" and force me to create new one

4) When I get new one I send ID verification form one more time and card verification

5) I get message, that they cannot verify my account because I ALREADY HAVE ANOTHER ACCOUNT!

6) Blocked my card, because I ALREADY HAVE ACCOUNT!

7) And I cannot get any appropriate answer for 4 MONTH

8) All that time I have money on account


May be I am too emotional and overreacting, but trading platform cannot work like this!

This will probably give you a trouble there.

This is too much! They say that they remove your account by mistake? oh, com'on that's not what exchange doings.
Can you mention here if how much your balance there? If you have a huge balance there then I guess you should get a lawyer and take this issue to the court.

I don't know if Cex.io have an official thread on this forum, but people should take this as a serious matter,  particularly those who have an account on that platform.

This is too much! They say that they remove your account by mistake? oh, com'on that's not what exchange doings.
