MtGox issue

I placed an order on MtGox today from their iPhone app to buy 10 BTC at $128.  I checked my account history 15 minutes later to see if it had gone through, and it showed 3 separate transactions for 10 BTC at $128 were placed at the exact same time (with diff transaction #'s) and all sold.  It was more than I was thinking to buy at the moment (and I had the cash on account for 30 BTC), I'm not looking to have this reversed, but it is a little concerning. I had been watching Clark Moody at the time and didn't notice any excessive lag at the time.

Has this happened to anybody else?  Is this just an issue with the app?
