Yeah you are right.
1. If I had alt coins, I would have sold them myself.
2,3,4. No I cannot provide any of these.

And that he already said he'll not accept my coins.

Can anyone provide me any good solution/advice when in this situation.

Yes. Find a collateral to offer or lock this topic of yours and stop asking/seeking/begging for loans here.
If you can't get your coin to Yobit it's not consern us.

No offense, but if you're trying to start a new cryptocurrency but you don't have 0.1BTC in your pocket to invest in it, you probably shouldn't be.
