Actually it is good promo as you can try the site without any risks that is the the main purpose of no deposit bonus. So dont hope too much to win something from it. As I have said previously, too many sites are now asking for personal details especially for this kind of free bonuses. It is reasonable as they wont see many abusers try to make profit from the free spins/no deposit bonus by creating multiple accounts till they won something from it.
