I'm new to trading and haven't invested yet, is the dip over?

I've known about crypto since 2009, just never took notice until my friend just waved $450,000 in my face.

I just started researching crypto to invest over the past 2 days and watched the dip.

I watched the dump and was going to try to figure out how to buy tonight, but it looks like the pump is already back on the pedal. Did I miss the right time to buy? Is the market back in the upswing or are we expecting another big downturn?

Does the whitepaper on this look legit? I know regulations just dropped over here (I live in Korea) but talking to the CEO they seem unphased by it still.

If you're aiming at a mid/long term investment (I'd say at least 6 months or so) chances are high any entry point these days is the right time. I gotta emphasize the word chances though, as there are no guarantees in cryptoland. However, price and marketcap of Bitcoin increased with 5% again and it looks like this train keeps rolling for the time being.

You still have pretty good chances of investing money into crypto world. The dip and ups will keep happening and with current situation coins are not gonna get lower than this. Everything looks stable again after the over hyped news of China rules.

If you think about what the price will be in a year or two, this price is still a good price to buy. There will still be dips in the future and you can buy again on those opportunity. But the point is to get in as early as possible and take advantage of the dips when it happens. You will see that your bitcoins will grow in number and in value over time.

Well, speaking about your dip I don't think there is rightful answer for this one. The market of crypto currency can go upside down in a single night. Though it looks stable today it might be fluctuating tomorrow. So the best way to workout with crypto investment is to make it long term investment. Don't just think of getting huge profits in few weeks, people have awaited years. So you should be investing money on continuous basis and capture the market over period of year. You were lucky that you invested in a dip time when the price was low. The prices once again luckily is accelerated to $4400 right now.
The other thing whether the price will go down again or not so, being a student of the cryptocurrency what I learned from study about bitcoin is very clear that the bitcoin price is highly volatile so we always can expect a dip in the price of not only bitcoin but in the alts as well. Bitcoin price influences most of the alts price as well. This what I have observed on various bitcoin exchanges when bitcoin price falls almost all the alts price falls.

There's no such thing as dip is over or something else. Price is volatile and we don't know what will happened next. There's also no such things as you missed the right time since we can considered current price today as low maybe in the future. Just trust bitcoin once you put the money and accept the risk.

If you think that you really feel to enter now just do the buying and just watched what will be the progress.

Why is it that you speculate that the market will reach it's low at these particular hours? Personally I think that the current 'dip' is already about over as there is almost a full wall of green today as coins are beginning to recover.

We went below $4100 yesterday and now we're back above $4400, so I'd
say this dip has done whatever dipping it was going to do.  Probably a good
time to start buying again if you ask me.  After this, we're probably headed
over $5000.  That's just a guess, though.  Anything could happen.

I would also say that this dip is as good as done. Maybe we'll shortly revisit the low 4000s over the next 2-3 days, but then we'll most likely be shooting for USD 5k,-.

The critical part will be whether we're able to break through USD 5k,- to a new ATH. A double top would be rather bearish at this point of the rally. If we manage to break through the 5k however, I honestly have no idea where it's going to end. Somewhere between the moon and mars probably.

$450,000??? That's huge man! That's even bigger than my mortgage. I am jealous on your friend now. However, to answer your question, you can buy bitcoin now if you have a long term goal, If you are looking for a short term goal, then bitcoin is not your place to invest. Bitcoin price is very dynamic and keep changing through out the day. So if you have enough time to monitor the market, then go ahead and make buying and selling in small changes.

However, if you have a long term goal in mind, I will suggest you to start a "Systematic Investment plan" for bitcoin. That means, investing a certain amount of bitcoin at certain intervals. This will help you to average out your price and you will be able to make a good amount of profit in future.

That's a fundamental fact about the way the market and other traded assets work - goes up and reverses at one point or the other and never continues indefinitely in any one direction. The potentials of Bitcoin is such that its upward projection is almost unstoppable, in no time the $5000 level would likely be breached, so if you are good to go, you can actually buy some, but will also encourage you not to hold them beyond end of the month. As yet, there is no consensus on a hard fork of the network billed for November and a major correction is highly probable about that, so you need to be neutral about that time but earnestly watching and waiting to buy at the dip that could ensue.

"The dip will never end" ? What sort of statement is that ? Time is like a flowing river and obviously it won't remain the same forever. The dip was destined to occur and now was its time so it is happening at the moment.

It is not something that we didn't have in mind from the very beginning and we also there will be a pump phase. Dip is the opportunity to increase our coins.
