Why do I often get notice like that?
Whereas my internet network is good and stable, I use Mozilla Firefox.

i think that can be happen because of the bitcointalk database too crowded.
everyday i always got that message and i need to refresh it 5 times or wait it for 10 minutes.
and it works so far,
my connection is stable like you,so i doubt it has something to do with our network.
because lately we can see it's very hard to get access to bitcointalk and sometimes you will get a 'busy' page.
bitcointalk need a maintenance in my opinion because everyday and everytime Bitcoin users will keep increasing and come to this place for sure
