Does anybody know a problem with this exchange? I sent more or less 290 nxt (08/23/2017) and they never arrived at the moment. I have 3 tickets opened with the support, but I am very very very disappointed by this platform which leaves me without any valid answer! What's wrong with them?

i never encountered something like that before.
and if you're really sent it you should have the transaction record right ? trx transaction / transaction ID ?
please provide it into your report and we may be can help you to find the solution.
so we can see everything in detail what is going on with your transaction.
there're a lot of problem happened in the exchanger lately,but i don't think they will scam you for just 290 or around that NXT.
it should be have a logical explanation about your problem,you might be accidentally sent it into wrong address ?
or typos ?

share the tx so we can see what is going on with your transaction

Hi cryptobuddy, thank you for presence. Well, I don't incriminate bittrex, but what amazes me, it is the reputation of this exchange with opposite a transfer fail such these. As you can see , I share with you the screen of my correspondences with the support (i can't insert image file), + here it is my Tx Id's :

10477138498785863380 for this tx, i forgot to include the message as agreed by the exchange, but bttrex sure to crediting me manually

11044913750534642840 here, i didnt forget it, i included the message first of all

b839586dfb07a3376e62d2d44e79ad822e3c54ed69b1c830551f15ecf01ad572 and with this tx, i sent 2.031418 theoretically, but only 1.81785500 was credited in my ppc bttrex wallet

It is the first time I see a complaint against Bittrex exchange. They work very well normally. I don't know what to say, as you have already contacted support there, they are the only ones who can help you with your problem. Normally I use them as my second exchange as they haven't listed as many coins as Poloniex has and I am using Poloniex as my first one even with all the complaints around, for me it is working well there without problems so far.

It is the first time I see a complaint against Bittrex exchange. They work very well normally. I don't know what to say, as you have already contacted support there, they are the only ones who can help you with your problem. Normally I use them as my second exchange as they haven't listed as many coins as Poloniex has and I am using Poloniex as my first one even with all the complaints around, for me it is working well there without problems so far.

I want to believe you with no doubt! But, my issues are real. Strength is to believe that I have no luck with them. So, i transmit you all the automatics responses of the support :

I thankfull you a lot, but so, my previous nxt issue alwais not solved(170.59) despite the solved status, and the present (120.00) too. I cant trade because of this unpleasantness.

PPC deposit missing - 08/23/2017 - 0,203563

    I made a transfer of 2.031418PPC (fee network> 0,01) and I find out today that you credited me my account only with 1.81785500 ppc. So, as far as i'm concerned, this is abnormal. Can you give me some explanation please?

i believe it has something to do with your resident or it might be because of your verification.
have you verified 2fa+number verification ? or are you using enchanted verification ?
or you did not verify it at all?
a couple months ago if i remembered it correctly they're blocking an user account from Egypt,
they're blocking people in some countries to trade in their exchanger for special reason.

If it has to see with the residence, why the team does not inform me about it? It is very frustrating frankly!
The team sees although I live well in France, we aren't under embargo ' lmfao '...

So, i recognize, I had forgotten the message unencrypted during my 1st nxt sending, but they assured me that it would be made manually,
but on my second I inserted the famous message unencrypted and nevertheless isn't arrived.
I think If it not settled in the month, I shall give it up, but the trust will not be any more, and even if, my nxt's are derisory, on the long term (the market operator) break the trust of the user you know? Anyway....
