Hello dear BCT citizens! Long time ago i've seen 800 dollars BTC prices; there also was beautiful 12 GFX units altcoins watercooled farm on the my terrace... these good old times i even can't imagine that i will bring my very own dream to the hands of crypto-investors. However that time has almost came, and that dream close to be true.

So far please pardon my homebrewed english: it was learned mainly trough the video games dialogues in the late nineties.

I will try to explain my project very shortly.

While i am pure Russian IT/Games Project Manager with the 15 years of experience, i surprisingly (for myself too) one day became a successful property developer in the Kingdom of Thailand, Phuket island. Within around 6 years our company, started from complete zero, has built property for about $2,5 mln, which is contains: standalone villas with pool, duplex villas, mini-hotel for 12 rooms. I always wanted to bring new technology into my business, such as: smart locks connected to the PMS (property management system), and that was very close to the smart contract rentals.

The final and most recent project of the our company - is big 80 rooms and 4 buildings condominium at the south of the island... I love it so much that even planning to do a "sequel" on the other building site.

So far the project is: "Smart Condominium" where is each Token that be issued is fully backed by the Square Meters (in fact, Square Centimeters as there will be ability to invest even minor amounts). Why is it "Smart"? Well i planning to completely support smart contracts by the rental system and electronic locks connected to the blockchain (i guess we gonna get some partnership with the most successful for the end of the bulding time Decentralised Property Rental system). Then it's smart also because we gonna provide full visa support and free of charge rental to the most prominent blockchain startups - and will perform meetups and conferences. For that purpose we will bulid small and cozy Blockchain Meetup Center right at the same site. So that condo will definitely be good place for the crypto and blockchain enthusiasts.

We gonna do all necessary actions to open our ICO for the US investors (as for the all over the world investors for sure), we will surely comply most strict requirements for that. As we are not just "Smart" or "Blockchain" project, but also old good property that you can touch, feel, live in there and give it for rent - that couldn't be difficult.

What is also i can say more about us? Is it safe to invest?

I say, yes. Much more safe than some other ICOs. Why?

1. We are 100% real. You can go to the Phuket Island and visit our office, meet me or (if i am in Russia or Malaysia at the business trip) with my trusted partners/staff in charge. However until the full announcement i would like to not disclose that info yet, if i may.

2. We are OK to use some escrow that will secure your investment: we can even use some lawyer in Kingdom of Thailand.

3. First of all, in the PreICO we gonna collect amount necessary for the Land Purchase and other preparations (law, marketing, development, partnerships and others). So that would be the only big amount that can't be split by installments; all others during building process can be split by the 3-4 parts that will secure your money even more: you'll see each stage of the building process, and progress before you proceed the next payment.

3. We are company that became successful starting from scratch (and from eating 1 noodle pack for 2 persons) untill $2,5 MLN projects. We are definitely not a newbies, however we also not that "big guys" who may be too selfish to meet with the people investing less than $1MLN. We are welcome for each and every investor, no matter of amount, and open for discussions with everyone.

4. We have recommendation letters that signed by our customers, who is available at the Facebook and other communication channels as well. Letters are in Russian, but we will surely provide a translation (and public notary for it also possible as well).

So what i'm asking in this very, very early pre-announcement?

1. As we are already have a team of experienced developers and managers, we are still open for the new PreICO team members. Our bounties will be very, very promicing and we are ready to welcome all translators, marketing specialists, programmers and everyone who feel like they want to participate to the nice tropical dream and became an owner for part of it.

2. I really open for any suggestions, questions and all other info that will help our dream to came true.

3. I have to understand is the PreICO (for about $450.000) and ICO (for about $4MLN) amount expectations normal or not. That is not the "pump & dump" project: very hard to imagine that tokens can "dump" as their price linked to the property prices on the Phuket Island (that is quite stable & rising every year). It will also not "pump" much (but who knows - that's not only "property" but also "smart" software/hardware part of the project, remember?), but what we can be sure that after building is done you can sell your tokens if someone wish to buy the condo (and get more than 50% profits) and if you prefer to hold it - you can come and have a great vacation or co-working/meetup (with the full visa support). Also you will receive around 6%-7% annually for rental of your condo.

So far what do you think of it, my dear fellows? Once again i am open for every good opinions, and sure welcome everyone who want to became a team member. I completely assured that nothing is impossible; and one day my friends i will welcome all of you in the Smart Condominium Conference Center at the Phuket Island. You will swim in the pool, or drink the May Thai, or eat good Tom Yum soup - and talk about the future of the Crypto Tech Scene. Which is, i do believe, absolutely outstanding.

Oh and almost forgot important thing: we are always open for the not only individuals who would like to join the team, but also for the partnership with other ICO's or completed projects owners - b2b is always good, especially real estate/property rental/investment projects.

I seem to read only one person's struggle and entrepreneurial history, but did not see the project's parameter data, even without a white paper?

It's all on the way to go. We have website related of our building project and i will post it here as well, but all of web resources related to the ICO is in the development now. Yes for now this is just a story first - to share and read feedback. Thank you for your interest and keep asking any questions you want!

Yes i guess you right, but i don't know is there any form for pre-pre ann for the case like our one:-). Thanks for being polite and for your feedback as well! We gonna do our best for sure, that's just a very early beginning; while our expirience in the building is quite big, we have almost no expirience in the ICO (but i personally watching altcoins market many years). But we learning very fast. I understand that even in the pre-ann format we have to provide more details. Working on it now!

It's in progress, including all data: how many tokens, on the what kind of platform (now we prefer Ethereum, but looking also to the Waves), each and every detail gonna be explained; now that is very early stage, my friend, and it's working - now i see the feedback and understand that the Whitepaper of itself with the all data should be developed at first. Thank you so much for your questions, i reading very carefully and you very helping to the project even on it's very early stage!

It's definitely not gonna be separate altcoin as we planning to use Ethereum platform (ERC20 standard i guess fully meet our requirements) and don't need it to be "minable" as we can't "issue" new condos Grin.  The preliminary date for the PreICO is the end of October. Name of the token will be disclosed very soon, and the bounties will be open at the very same time when we gonna release our White Paper and full algo for the token so we will be able to track all amounts that we pay for bounties. However we are open for the early bounties requests by PM for now. Thank you so much for your kind questions and polite humour, it's very helping me and my team (we are 3 persons for now: me and my Thai partner with his wife) to prepare and do everything right as it have to be done. I always open for the questions and suggestions, is there any other form than PRE ANN - maybe i really should rename it to the PRE-PRE ANN TEAMLEADER TOUCHY STORY ? Wink Just kidding; gonna provide more info ASAP... i need to correct any possible mistakes at this very early stage, hope you understand me guys.
