You should know that without any  history trading with Paypal people won't trade with you.

Hello, I would be interested in a long term deal since  selling for a few miner friends

Can you explain how you were selling bitcoins from a few friends miners in long term and now looking to buy bitcoins ? It doesn't make any sense please elaborate.

The selling of fictitious bitcoins back then probably didn't work out as planned. No biters. No naive takers willing to send money first.

The reverse is now another experimental attempt to find naive people here willing to blindly send bitcoins to him first.

Really not that much of a difference. Roles reversed. But the sending first is the common denominator.

So now he offers to pay for 0.4 bitcoins with Paypal. He probably hopes someone interested might agree to send the bitcoins first and wait for the PayPal payment to follow. Or he sends the Paypal payment first, then reverses or charges-back that very same payment when coins appear on his wallet.

So many scenarios to keep in mind when trading with new members here offering PayPal.
