My luckiest moments have been playing poker also, as I hardly ever play other games. I won an MTT once, I think there were over 1.000 participants, but what I usually play is cash. As I’ve been playing for long I’ve experienced those days when luck is in your favor, you his almost all flops, people fold when you bluff and raise when you have nuts, etc.

I think my luckiest run was some years ago, I had been growing my bankroll un NL25, I reached enough to go up to NL50 and won 12 stacks in one day. In the following days, my luck changed, and I had to go back to NL25 again.

Just focus on games where you can apply your skills or you can develop your skills because if that is based on luck based you won't progress and better play it for fun and forget your loses. I also aspire to be a successful gambler but I already stop it since I have proven I am not good in gambling, now my time is fully focus in trading and it gives me good return so I am thankful.

You should aspire about other games and definitely not gambling. That would be the worst thing to do because in gambling you are bound to lose after sometime and nobody can guarantee that you will win after "x" rolls or so. In any case in other games practice makes perfect but not in gambling because of the house edge. Luck is the only factor that makes a difference in gambling and hence dont aspire to win every bet or so.

This is true without doubt. But I have a thought and it is about luck mostly. Some people are more lucky than the others and that seems to be pretty straightforward, huh. But there are no people which are absolutely unlucky. What I mean is that you can focus on trading or whatever and develop your skills there but still try your luck in gambling from time to time until you finally hit it. And that will be your lucky moment, your lucky strike after which you can safely walk away from gambling altogether, happy and satisfied.

That's why we should not rely our earnings in luck because as you said it come and go, with investment risk will be their but if it will work out fine then you will surely have a good return and also in trading if we master the art of trading then we will earn decent money though there will be lost too but very minimal.

There's no harm for hoping to get luck in gambling because that's the real gambling actually, rather than you try to looking for the winning way which actually impossible or maybe just make a calculation here and there for me it's just wasting time in gambling, do it randomly and see if you lucky enough or not to get unexpected prize just like what a lot of people tell about their lucky moments stories here.

Well this happened with a friend of mine twice, he is just a one lucky fellow. He is one of those yolo gamblers. He mostly gambles on sports, anyway first time it happened was in South Africa vs Pakistan series where Pakistan was out of the match and they won in the last 2 overs, one by Junaid khan and another with saeed ajmal. His bet was around 2000 dollars on that match and Pakistan won that series. Same kind of stuff happened in the srilanka vs Pakistan t20 match, Pakistan won when they were i think 40/5.

He has won too many bets in these situations, my question is have anyone else experienced this kind of luck while they were gambling?

I think my lucky gambling moments are mostly composed of lucky bets that should realistically amount to a loss, but in ended up winning. I am not an avid gambler; however, I don't like gambling that has zero chances of being played with. Gambling is not just about dice. There are many types of gambling, and even trading can be considered as a variety of gambling too. You just need to know what you are doing and when to stop. For example, there are many successful poker players who make a living off it, and if this occupation is rewarding both financially and emotionally, I don't see how it can possibly ruin your life. But if it is not, then you will quickly abandon it anyway.

I disagree with the trading part. Indeed they both have a risk, but they are different kinds of risks. Trading risks may be minimized or altered, unlike the risk you take in gambling which does not change at all. The fact is that when you roll the dice, pick a card, spin the will, choose a table, pull the leaver, there is no going back or changing your fate.

Yeah just dicing is not gambling. If I talk about offline gambling in my country most of the gamblers use cards for gambling and they use different tricks to win the game. I have heard from many gamblers that their luckiest moment was when they recovered all their loss back when not a single penny was left as an extra in their pockets with which they can return home easily.
