I would be very suspicious of trading with someone claiming to have the source code of another website. The only way the Rocketr source code could be in the market is if whoever was selling it had ties to someone with access to it, which probably means that OP either stole the source code or got it from someone who stole it. Because of this, it is only natural to not think of OP as someone trustworthy and I advise that any of you who asked for a live demo of the site at work do not deal with OP without escrow and be aware of the fact that this source code is most likely not meant for public eyes.

sure, good luck making any sales here then  . even if you offer an escrow option people will unlikely to buy because there is no tangible proof you have a functional source, people dont wanna waste their time depositing to escrow just to see you may or may not have a fully functional source.

Yes, I do in fact accept escrow. The only reason I have not setup a demo is because the only thing left out is the sql db, so you will have to rebuild it yourself.
Since I work 24/7 I do not have the time to setup a demo and rebuild the db.

Yes, I do in fact accept escrow. The only reason I have not setup a demo is because the only thing left out is the sql db, so you will have to rebuild it yourself.
Since I work 24/7 I do not have the time to setup a demo and rebuild the db.

Setting up a SQL database should not take long at all. Maybe at most 5 minutes if you already have everything else ready. You have already spent much more than that here in the forums trying to sell your product. If you are serious about selling this, assuming that you even really have it (which seems unlikely) then you should be helping to prove yourself legit. How did you even allegedly obtain the source code for Rocketr? It should not be possible to obtain unless you hacked them or were their developer, but given that you consider the task of setting up a database time consuming, I don't think that the latter is likely.

To be clear and for the public record, OP here just offered to send me the database files (I assume the SQL files) and I rejected them. First of all, I want to make clear that I am not actually interested in this product at all. I am simply mentioning the live demo thing because not having it running would be fairly sketchy. The second reason is that I believe it is very likely that this was all gotten ilegally, and the last thing I want is to be in possession of illegal goods. This is all assumptions, however, and OP is free to prove me wrong.
