Considering the intelligence level of Bitcoiners I would think so, just asking. I'd like to check out the Frankfurt meetup.

I have been to a meetup in Frankfurt back in September since I live in a town near to the city. There were only a handful people. Everyone spoke German, so there was no need for speaking English.

Dutch city Arnhem is close to the German border (+/- 1 hour from Kleve) and happens to be the most Bitcoin-friendly city in the world

I tried to attend a meetup once in Köln using meetup.com

Oh god, that was a biiig mistake on my behalf.

First off, they barely talked about bitcoin and more about blockchain startups etc.

IDK... they all spoke in German, and I could only understand just bits and pieces of it.

We are pretty active, we do regular get-togethers (Stammtisch) as well as events with talks, presentations or workshops. Last week we had Peter Todd.
