basicly all i want to be able to do is set orders to buy or selol at a certian price. dosnt have to be fancy and finding one that isreputable with the lowest fees are what im looking for.

i found bitrex, and poloniex but not sure if there are good and weather or not there 0.25% fee is fair or not if others have lower fees
