When I load Electrum my wallet name is the default name, something like "Wallet_Default".  I've seen some wallets that have "test" profiles in them and they can really screw you over if you send your coins to it.  I forgot what coin this was but I've heard nightmares about people losing withdrawals to it.

I have my private keys to the wallet.  Is it safe to send BTC to it?

i don't really understand what you are trying to ask in your first paragraph. but to this question i can say: YES it is safe to send bitcoin to it if you have the private key and you are sure you have the "PRIVATE KEY" not something else. and also if you have backed it up.

although using Electrum you only need to back up the seed which is a set of words.

There is a FOMO brewing...

Those are just wallet names that you set when you are installing it for the first time. Just like mine I did forget to change it which now I'm using default_wallet but well you can create again and can edit its name. You don't have to worry and its very safe to make transfers as long you don't expose keys, seeds on public or no one knows about it but only yourself. This is why its important to have a clean or virus-free pc.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.

So what withdrawals are you talking about here? Is it from an exchange or a miners or some website that offers huge profit when you send them with x BTC? Or none on what I mentioned?

As long as you have the private keys of your wallet, then your coins are safe to send to anyone, the thing is we don't know if what/where do you want to send this coins as what you are asking.

You know what, I think its Digibytes wallet that has a "test" wallet that you can go into and mess around with but its not a real wallet and any coins set to it will be gone.  I could very well be mistaken about this though.

You need the seed words. You an grab them via wallet menu > seed. That's the "private key" for your entire wallet.
