No, for the most part it's php with a bit of AJAX thrown in to keep the state of funds etc. updated in more or less real time. When the dealer calls, it all happens at once which kinda looks weird if the dealer ends up taking taking multiple cards. It's not perfect but it works.

Provisionally added WDC, DGC & BQC but there are no funds in the respective accounts. If you'd like to donate to allow users to play on those coins the donation address is displayed on those pages. (Some of them may still be downloading the blockchain so it may be a little slow)

Flash isn't going to happen, I don't know ActionScript nor do I have the inclination to learn it so that I can rewrite my programming in a different language. It is what it is, a basic blackjack game. Sure I can make some cosmetic changes to the site but it is a beta site and should be viewed as such.

It's currently running on my local computer, I'll most likely move it to my dedicated server after I can verify the functionality. If I add https it would be at that point.

Why not just take advantage of the 50 free GME offer and you can see it for yourself. You don't need a wallet if you don't intend to withdraw it. When you browse the GameCoin page it gives you a unique deposit address. Quote that address here and I'll credit it with 50 GME and you can test it for yourself.

GameCoin doesn't currently have many miners so confirmations are slow. That's why the site is configured to only require one confirmation on GameCoin. The transaction is now showing with 13 confirmations:
