Through my website & software (not launched yet), I am making it possible for users located in US, Britain, Canada & Australia to earn high-$xxx/month to mid-xxxx/month with some very basic online PART-TIME works. To be able to do that each user in US, Britain, Canada & Australia will have to pay a REFUNDABLE $1.99 to us. This $1.99 will be spent on utilities to enable us to pay the users for their work done as mentioned above and this $1.99 will later be fully refunded along with some cool surprising gifts.

Do you think that users will pay this $1.99 ?

Defiinetly that the user not payed those you said website and sofware that just not launched yet,because person needs proven and tested legit tools  of website before  they paid even in a penny cents.as you said that you have basic online part time works,and you must need that those user payed $ 1.99 but its refundable,so how those people part timer in works payed you if they not tested your tools effectively and they earn.maybe first you must make it free for launching and so that you can gain a many user,and earn your website,and after thats the times you must collect for the expensenses utilities.

Others may and others may not. But if you are earning a big amount than what you paid for, then maybe it is also a nice offers to someone who really needs part time job.

Most of the people need to buy and invest the coin. If need to buy you will check the prices information day bu day then you will buy it. Before you will buy coin check the list of prices you will learn the coin process and infromation. How many coin will be incres and continue in long life. Then you will choose and invest the coin. But time is importan for the buy coin. Check prices list. If pricess is low you will it. Next time it will increase prices. But you will check and choose the coins list.

Simple and short, people won’t buy such product, I don’t know why you’re telling a long stories and this doesn’t even have to do with the kind of question asked. May looking at the op’s description of the service, it looks like a scam… first you want to provide job that will help people earn money monthly, and you’re then charging them a $1.99 each for it. Nobody would do it, unless what you would do is provide a free package and a pro/paid package… so people would be able to test with the free package before upgrading if they wish.

It's how you lose money, it's how people get scammed and then blame bitcoin and crypto. Before you buy something think about what you are actually buying and can you find that without money, can you find something better, where do you rush so fast.
This project in OP opening post is scammers scheme, he luring people to pay for air, and you have free air everywhere around. This is not good project this is garbage and some garbage you can recycle and make something good with this you can't do nothing, that is how bad this is.

Loool… lmao… please you should let him do it, $1.99 is not a huge amount of money to lose lol. Some of them are used to this, they will invest foolishly and later say that Bitcoin is scam, while they are the fools that stupidly gave their money happily to scammers. It’s his choice, nobody cares.
