Hi guys, first time posting but have been reading the forums for a while now - lots of good info here! Smiley

I'm wondering if someone can help me with my reaper issue. Basically when I run the reaper.exe it gets up to "compiling kernel this may take up to 2 minutes" and then it just crashes.

I am using a 7970 with the latest 13.4 drivers and SDK v2.8.

Reaper conf:
kernel reaper.cl
save_binaries yes
enable_graceful_shutdown no
long_polling yes
platform 0
device 0

mine litecoin

Litecoin conf:
host newlc.ozco.in
port 9332
user famousjaxx.litecoin
pass ***

protocol litecoin

worksize 256
vectors 1
aggression 16
threads_per_gpu 1
sharethreads 32
lookup_gap 2
gpu_thread_concurrency 20992

I'd be happy to pay my first litecoin for your troubles Smiley

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

***UPDATE***
I have tried cgminer which gives me different results.

When I run it with my bat file: "cgminer.exe -o http://newlc.ozco.in:9332 -u famousjaxx.litecoin -p ***" it seems to work but I get a ton of rejected/target miss errors.

I've found out I need to add the --scrypt parameter so it looks like "cgminer.exe --scrypt -o http://newlc.ozco.in:9332 -u famousjaxx.litecoin -p ***" but that doesn't work at all (crashes after long-polling activated). Any advice?

I have the same issue even after installing the latest amd drivers and the AMD APP SDK I just started using cgminer instead. I am interested in how to fix the crash though

cgminer config sample:
color 02
cgminer --scrypt -o http://us-pool.give-me-ltc.com:8080 -u Worker.1 -p workerPass --shaders 2048 --intensity 16 --worksize 256 -g 1
