First If Bitcoin 'Perish' there will be no more ICOs,
let alone ICOs even every altcoin will 'perish' also.
do not overthink about this problem, just remember it.
as long as Bitcoin exist,Altcoin will exist and ICOs will exist too in the future.
if Bitcoin 'perish' everything will be gone (cryptoworld, not our beloved world aka reality).

ok,i understand what you mean by 'our beloved website',
you're refering to Bitcointalk.org right ? of course as long as Bitcoin 'perish' this site will follow it as well.
and of course it will be the end of the cryptocurrency which mean there will be no more investors invest into cryptos.
so there will be no more ICOs.
