My first question to you is why you really wanna go for something third party like this when you know there are many international companies which sell the products and legit one.
It's like you know that amazon is there but you still want to buy from ABCD site, the question is why is that so? If they are giving you big discounts then forget about it, that would be first sign of scam.
Anyway looking at the site I wouldn't go and check it out again. Consider yourself surfing through bitcoin discussion section for more legit sources.
