Hi !
I don't understand how I do it but I lost my Waves wallet. I use application for chrome on windows. I found a file with Checksum and Cipher. Is-it possible to find password with this data ?

Thanks.

I tried to find your solution in internet but nothing found. You problem is quite special.
Better go to official slack of waves:
http://wavesplatform.herokuapp.com/
and ask help there

Also you can try ask question here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1387944.43020
But in my opinion better ask in slack!

Good luck with you wallet!

You need to restore your cache files from Chrome by following this method (hope it works for you): https://stackoverflow.com/questions/43369620/is-there-a-way-to-restore-deleted-chrome-cache-files

IF you manage to restore your cache, then only you can access your wallet as their support can't help you recover back your seed for waves wallet. Once lost, the wallet is lose too.

Here you can see their response: https://support.wavesplatform.com/topics/3364-i-need-a-help-i-lost-my-seed-but-i-remember-adress-and-password-im-using-my-ip-when-i-creat-acount/

Thank you both for your help. I have been searching for more than 3 months without success at the moment. I had already contacted the team but I had not yet found the file with CIPHER and CHECSUM. I will keep you informed.

I didn't know about this stackoverflow info. Thanks for that good info.

Yes, waves devs can't help you out if you lose seed for your wallet. They actually give that warning message when you open a new wallet. The best way is you always write down or take a print out and store in few safe locations. If can't restore cache then mostly all waves are gone forever.
