If China change rules for ICO it will fly high. Now NEO BNB and many others china oriented coin sit in the rocket, but without a fuel.

That's a true surprise for me! In the news it is said that China just wanted to protect the investors, not scare them off and ban icos just for the sake of them being banned. It still means NEO will suffer, at least for now, for lots of icos probably were scams but still pumped neo. Anyway, this is great for the market in general, for icos might start becoming fully legit and recognized from now on. Yet in the news it is said that Chinese major officials didn't say a thing, so they might change their mind.

China cannot take out its hand from anything that can mint money for its people or government. They will allow crypto only after making sure they have sufficient control over it to channel funds and projects in the direction required.

I think so too! Neo definitely has a great future. Maybe there will be another small dip soon because of the delisting of Chinese exchanges, but long term this coin is going up high.

all i know is that the volume going into NEO is unbelievably huge!

that is not normal at all. the price is also slow to move with all the drama and the dumps. if i had to guess i would say there are some stuff behind the scenes that we are not aware of yet.

possibly some whales having some insider information or some plans on a big ass pump, so they are accumulating NEO now. i may of course be wrong about this but as i said this is my only explanation of current market state.

what could affect the price more than the rumours about the regulation which soon to be released by the Chinese government?. By the release of the regulation, China indirectly recognises ICO and such resulting in a big chance for NEO to rise again.
It's normal and have been repeatedly happened in the entire trading world. "buy the rumours, sell the news"

I'd be careful, the price had already dropped slowly to 0.0060 before the news of the ban, according to me this is mere speculation on the Chinese government's news combined with the bitfinex listing, but after that it will drop again around 0.0060
