i wanted to login to binance.com
then it sais

**System upgrade is already completed, please reboot your PC and visit binance again

i removed cookies tried again - finaly i rebooted - it does not make sense but i tried with no success

anybody knows what is the problem thank you

before loging in make sure that you are visiting binance.com not binannce.com or something like that,
i do not have any issue to log in to binance.com,and i can not find anything about reboot or something like that.
everything is clean,
before login please check the SSL if everything is ok then you can go log in.
there are 2 possibilites regarding your problem :
1.You're loging in to phising site,and it look similiar to binance.com
2.Because of this : https://binance.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001458532-Binance-System-Upgrade-Complete

but from their news i can not see anything about reboot your PC or something like that,
it's maintenance which mean their webiste is down not your PC,it should be like that but i don't know.
just make sure that you're visiting a right website,look at your history.
if it's Binance.com then so be it,if it's not change your password A.S.A.P

i normaly use chrome. there is a login below adress dont know where this comes from neither
kind of strage my ip hosted in vietnam
