It is supposed to be a great tool! I think, everyone had at least one file that couldn't be opened by Windows and that had to be converted to another file type. Personally I face this issue from time to time. Usually I use File Type Advisor (https://www.filetypeadvisor.com/) for this purpose. This program knows all file formats and recommends software to open or convert them. But your converter was created specially for photos/images, so I'm going to check it. Thanks for sharing!
