and yes it can very well cover transaction fees. you can pay the minimum 1-2 satoshi per byte and that will be 250 satoshi out of your 14900 or you can play it safer and pay 10 satoshi per byte and then use accelerators like ViaBTC and that will cost you about 2500 satoshi out of your 14900.

Since you cannot use it for whatever you have in mind, then you are left with the option of increasing it to make it worthwhile which is why you need to either buy to join the amount there or you earn it either way, its going to cost you some effort. I don't think some wallets will even consider it taking as an input with other inputs for a tx even for fees, and adds that input will unnecessarily increase the size of tx. I think if some wallets allow adding custom inputs then maybe you can somehow spend it but honestly, it would be wasting more fees, it's better if you just forget about it.

I also set the size of the commission when sending coins. And all my transactions pass quickly. Do not be afraid of warning that the transaction can be very long confirmed if you installed a small commission.

Very true. I've had wallet that I've only used to collect free BTC from faucets. My wallet had huge amount of tiny transactions. The normal fee to move money out of that wallet would be astronomical.

So I've created a transaction with only 1 sat/B fee and waited and waited... In 2 weeks my transaction was included in the block and money moved! So everything's possible if you don't mind waiting very long.

I would send this with like, the lowest fee possible, and convert it to a really low value but high capitalization altcoin (Doge for example). If you want to move it/trade it at that point, you will be subject to really low fees (you will be eaten alive by fees if you keep this as bitcoin).

Nowadays, this is how I treat my dust. It used to be worth it to consolidate dust in a single wallet; now the fees are so outrageous you may as well just leave it in the wallet.
