There is not much you can do with that amount of BTC.  I don't think you have the transaction fee covered for that amount.  You may want to build up your BTC balance and then you can transfer it to the exchange and start trading to build your wealth.

I think you should forget about if or try to earn more to make the amount of BTC in your wallet bigger cause this amount is still not enough to pay for transaction fee which often cost at least 0.0003 BTC for each transaction you make. Try to earn some more from free source or you can try to invest to earn from trading or any way else.

You were right, it is not even enough to cover transaction fees. Just hold on to it and try to earn more using different methods. In my opinion, you have a very valuable access which is your time. So, dont waste it to play around with 0.000149 btc since the value it brings back to you is very low. On the other hand, you should use your time to do other jobs to make money and by more btc when the price is low.

When having at least 0.005 btc, you can start trading to make more btc.

Correct, while there is nothing you can do with that amount of money that does not mean you need to accept that as all the bitcoin you are ever going to have, if you have the time you can do much to increase that amount, join a signature campaign, try to get some bounties or offer your services in the forum and very soon you are going to have a lot more than that small amount of bitcoin.
