Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

Yes I agree a bit expensive. My Radeon 7790 goes at about 292 Mh/s and it only cost me $140 USD which at today's BTC prices is only slightly more than half the price of one of those. Your only gain with the USB is the lower power consumption which would still take a while to make up the difference.

How difficult are these to setup? Any resources around. I have one on the way!

I don't think these are worth it at all. Such a low hash power for so much money.

It's quite useful for regions where electricity is quite expensive. I pay 0.34 USD/kWh, that makes the usb gadget interesting.

Right now they are goign for over $1000 on ebay just for 300 MH/s. Not worth it at all, even if you pay high prices for elrctricity. It will take you 3 years to pay the thing off at current mining rates, which pretty much means you will never make your money back unless BTC prices go sky high.
