Earning a BTC within a week?

Either sell something that's worth it or offer to work for it.

The same way you normally earn money, by doing work or selling a product.

Here is a list of sites giving out free coins: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=74046. The easier way would be to simply buy them on an exchange though.

Get a job at Mcdonalds:

40 hrs/wk
$8/hr ($5 after taxes)

40*5 = $200

It's magic.

Clean your room, get good grades, etc.
Then maybe your Dad will cough up some money and you can buy your first Bitcoin on the Internet.

Taxes are necessary. But if u make 8.00 an hour and are bringing home 5.00 an hour, you need to move elsewhere.

Whoops, I calculated that at the wrong tax rate.

Here's a more realistic figure.

Take home = (.84*8 ) = 6.72/hr
(http://www.calculator.net/take-home-pay-calculator.html)

so, 40*6.72 = 268.8 or about 2 bitcoins

Not bad when I'm mining about 0.1 BTC / week. Tongue

Great idea, but Taco Bell pays $9/hr here in Austin so that may be a better bet.  And while working let the computer mine and watch the BTC roll right in!
