Join the crowd, your best bet is buying one for 2-4x the price by a reseller. I think there are some on here in the marketplace

Yea, I agree with you.. Before the 1st batch of D3 is up for sale, buying antminers is a lot easier then but after that I noticed there are many resellers offering the units at a markup price and expect buyers to pay on their behalf and because of this its makes the miners hard to purchase from bitmain directly..

There is no problem to buy antminer s9,L3+ in ebay,aliexpress,allegro.D3 is in preorder.
