If everything will go smooth, I should finish all functionality by 1st November, as expected. Also first payout will be made on 1st November, and every 24 hours after this.

Should we give all users equal votes or total votes is important.

What is difference between giving vote to delegate vs delegate pool?

giving vote to a delegate wont give you any share in the rewards unless you have prior agreement with the delegate owner. joining a pool you will get  a reward proportional to the votes you've given.

no that's not the default. it's really up to the delegate owner to share rewards or not. it's not mandatory.

Semux have a 100 million supply. 1 million for the signature campaign shared by 527 participants if you look at the list of shares you can`t hardly say that they are whales, you might want to see the beta and the faucet participants they got more.

Downloaded the latest version of wallet (beta 5). It needs to resync the blockchain data. Is there an easy way to do the upgrade without resyncing?

Copy the database folder and the wallet data from the previous install and put it in the new version. This will check the last block registered on the database folder and sync from there.

Thanks, I will try that next time doing the upgrade to save some time to sync the whole chain database.
