I upgraded to RC3 synchronized the wallet and closed it on the 23rd. Today opened it, and the synchronization does not go all as 23 stopped, on the 263 block. Do not tell me how much such a problem?
Had some minor update on RC3. Please redownload and sync. |

Yes, check the OP. There is an announcement due apparently on December 1st. Keep an eye out here. There was some mention of a snapshot based on btc on arounf Aug 10th  - All will be revealed I am sure. |

Most significant change on the wallet internally is with memory optimization and validator bench. This ensure that we have more stable validators participating in the consensus. Another round of tests can confirm how far can we take this further. |

The snapshot has been taken at block #480,000; participants need to sign with their private key to claim the rewards. The final ratio and amount cap per address will be announced on Dec 1, 2017. |
